Setup Process LS PLC Software XG5000 V4.52.1:

- Click on LS PLC Software XG5000
- Then Click Project
- Then Click New Project then Project name and select CPU Series and Type and Click OK
How to Programming and Simulation:
Strat Simulation:
Go to Tools and Click Start Simulation
Click the set the link to enable with parameters then click ok.
OK
End Simulation:
Go to Tools and Click End Simulation
How to Communication/Cable Connection Check:
Right, Click on Computer/This PC/My PC then manages and click device manager and click +port also check the port number.
How to Upload/Download Program By using LS PLC Software XG5000
Upload:
[Download] XG5000 Download V4.52/V4.60 LS PLC Software Free then Install the Software. However, Open the LS PLC Software XG5000 and Go to Online then manual Setting then selects the cable Type RS-232C/USB/Ethernet also Click Setting and Select Port Number (If we used RS-232C Cable) and Click OK.
Open the LS PLC Software Then Click Online then Click Connect
Again Click Online then Click Read [Read from PLC]…..
Show the message Run Input-output Synchronization Click Yes
Click No. CPU Change Mode
Click Data Memory Select all and click ok.
Save the Project
Download:
- Go to Online then manual Setting then selects the cable Type RS-232C/USB/Ethernet also Click Setting and Select Port Number (If we used RS-232C Cable) and Click OK.
- Click Online then Click Connect
- If the Cable is connected then go online Click Write [Write to PLC]…..
- Click the set the link to enable with parameters then click ok.
PLC RUN/STOP Change Mode:
- Open the LS PLC Software XG5000, Then Software Go Online and Change Mode
- Click RUN/STOP/DEBUG
Reset/Clear LS PLC Memory:
- Open The Software XG5000 Then Go to Online
- Click Reset/Clear
- Reset PLC/Clear PLC/SD Memory/Clear All PLC.
Online Monitoring:
Goto Monitor Start Monitoring
PLC Information PLC RUN/STOP Mode:
Goto Online Click diagnostics and Click PLC Information.
Online Program Editing:
- Go to Online Start Online Editing.
- When Online Editing is finished then click again online then and End Online Editing.
